A relentless noit picture that follows the trials and tribulations of three blue collar guys who come upon a plane crash, a dead pilot and a satchel filled with a lot of money.
The movie asks you to put yourself in their shoes, and when they take the money one thing after another goes wrong.
Like in The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, greed takes it's toll as no one can really be happy again.
By the end of the movie people are begging to be shot just to end the descent.
Billy Bob Thornton was tremendous and earned a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination.
